Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Please read our Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time:
All pre-orders for our raw Vietnamese hair require 1–3 business days to process. Processing includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and quality control.

Shipping Time:
After processing, your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Business Days:
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Additional Notes:

• Pre-orders are made-to-order and may not be canceled once processing has begun.

• If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
